Naiya Mehta
HI, I am Naiya Mehta, let me introduce myself. I am a mother, wife ,homeopath, naturopath, health coach and internationally certified yoga trainer and pre and post-natal yoga coach.
My yogic journey started in 2007 when I was a medical student and also pursuing naturopathic studies along with it. I always had a desire to treat and heal my patients with minimal use of medication and encourage them to sustain their healthy lifestyle and manage their condition to reverse it, and that time yoga helped my patients a lot. So, this is my turning point where I started incorporating yoga into my patients.
